Jamie has been a certified fitness instructor for the past eight years with a degree in health and wellness from Drexel University. She is a master group exercise trainer, an exercise researcher who helps coordinate Les Mills' partnership with Penn State University, and comprehensive team trainer. She is a mentor and helps individuals discover talents and strengths they never knew they had.
We're back with the first live event of 2024, and we're pumped to announce that Les Mills Experience will be landing in London on Saturday 17th February.
There’s a full schedule of workouts throughout the day including the chance to experience the UK Premiere of LES MILLS FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH and a chance to try out LES MILLS DANCE!Â
You can check out the event timetable and FAQs below, please ensure you read the booking FAQs before ticket sales begin on Thursday 11th January at 10am. For all active Instructors, the same deposit system will remain whereby the cost of the ticket will be redeemed from your next releases.  You must have a general admission ticket with your name in order to gain entry to the event.

There's no on-site parking at Woolwich Works, so we encourage all visitors to make use of public transport. If you require parking due to accessibility, the Heritage Centre Car Park is a pay-and-display car park 5 minutes walk from the front doors.
Showers -Â There are no showers for public use available at the venue.
Water stations will be available within the venue.Â

Ticket sales begin on Thursday 11th January at 10am, you will need to come to this page, and follow the directional links to purchase. Â

Once on the Eventbrite page you will need to select a general admission ticket and the sessions you would like attend on the day. You must have a general admission ticket with your name in order to gain entry to the event. Â
- Unfortunately, at some events last year we experienced a large number of dropouts, meaning some of our attendees missed out on a chance to work out and a place at the event. Â
- For Les Mills Experience London, Instructors will be required to place a deposit through the payment system of £20 per ticket. Â
- You must use the email address associated with your Instructor account when purchasing your ticket.Â
-Â You must have a general admission ticket with your name in order to gain entry to the eventÂ
- Once your attendance has been registered on the day, this £20 value will be taken off your March release. Â
- If you can no longer attend the event and request a refund, you will not be refunded the Eventbrite  processing fee.
- You may only redeem one deposit per event.Â
If your club purchases your releases on your behalf, please contact lmuk.instructor@lesmills.com after you have attended the event to organise your deposit return.
There have been instances where the clubs have not paid for their quarterly releases, so to benefit from the £20 back we need to ensure the new release has been purchased.
When you complete your purchase on eventbrite, it will say ‘*number* TICKETS AT BOX OFFICE. Your tickets will be waiting for you at the venue's pick-up location on the day of the event. Please bring photo ID and the card used for purchase.’ This is referring to your sessions on the day. Â
Each session will require a specific wristband colour. When you check in to the event you will receive your wristbands ready for each session. Please ensure you are wearing the correct wristband before you enter your session. Â
There are 3 ways to see your sessions:Â Â
- The email confirmation you receive after booking your tickets will show the sessions you have booked.Â
- On your original booking email, click ‘view and manage’ your order online to see your sessions.Â
- Log into your Eventbrite account and click to manage your booking. Â
Up to one week before the event, you can request a refund if you no longer want your ticket. This refund will not include the Eventbrite processing fee as this is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed through Eventbrite and Les Mills UK hold no responsibility for refund payment.Â
Any requests within a week of the event will not be refunded and you should get in touch with our team at lmuk.instructor@lesmills.com to discuss any extenuating circumstances. Â
You cannot join on an online waitlist for this event. We will have a waitlist running on the day and in the case of any no shows you may be able to join the session. Â
You will require a general admission ticket to access the event and then you can follow the below instructions to join the waitlist.Â
We will have a specific waitlist desk at the venue. Please visit this desk and they will give you a numbered ticket for your waitlisted session. The waitlist will be let in to the session in numerical order depending how many spaces are available.Â
